Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious room with soundproof windows, easy transfer from the airport. Delicious food available at the restaurant downstairs, perfect for families with children. Good breakfast and accommodating late arrival. Nice balcony overlooking a bustling street. Thin walls but overall great experience.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a great dinner menu. The location was perfect, with immediate access to transportation and a scenic area to explore. Plus, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

There were a few minor issues. The attention to detail in the room could have been better, with a faulty kettle and a restricted kitchen area.

We had a wonderful stay at Dalma Old Town Suites! We were initially booked for a studio room, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and river view. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had three small balconies to enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. The location in the Alfama area was perfect, with attractions like Sao Jorge Castle and tram 28 within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Lisbon.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. For a very reasonable price, we were provided with a spacious and comfortable room with a stunning view of the city from the 4th floor. The staff were attentive to detail, ensuring that the room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Additionally, the location in the Old Town was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the nearby attractions on foot.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

We stayed in a cozy room right in the heart of the historical city center, close to everything but underground. The location was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants and a good buzz around. The tram stop was right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was comfortable, with a big bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. the hotel had all the necessary facilities and provided a great experience.

The shower door made a loud sound when closing, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to the stop of the famous yellow tram and close to the main city centres of interest. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the big comfortable beds were a definite plus. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice breakfast offering fresh fruits.
